Date Change: monthy lunches are now on the FOURTH Thursday

We aim to combine fine food, fine company and fine value with a programme that ranges from plain and simple to classic and international cuisine. (Vegetarian, gluten-free and diabetic options are always available.)

Bookings usually open 3 months in advance on a first-come basis, sometimes with a special discounted menu so that members can pre-order and thus speed service but sometimes the staff take orders from the venue's full a la carte or table d'hote menus during our pre-lunch chat.

Many members like to share cars in order to reduce costs and several are willing to offer lifts in an informal car-sharing scheme, for which a contribution to the driver of Ł2 or Ł4 is made, depending on the distance involved.
