Tai Chi is well-established as a gentle form of exercise,
suitable for all ages but especially so for the not-so-young as it
helps with mobility. Our teacher holds the national Master

Our meetings are essentially to give members friendly,
relaxed evenings, whilst, at the same time, fostering a desire to know
more about good wine. A number of wines will be tasted.
