January to December 2012

Mansfield U3A Hikers Group caters for serious walkers who enjoy a full day in glorious countryside and in good company. They take place on the first Thursday and the third Monday of each month.

We depart from Tesco car park, off Oak Tree Lane, Mansfield at 9.30am prompt for the day walks on this programme. Please be there by 9.25 am.

(Toilets, food and drinks are available in the superstore).

Please do not bring your dog or grandchildren on the walks.

Grading system: Grade 1 = Easy – Grade 5 = Most difficult

We usually enjoy a drink together at the end of the walk at a local pub or coffee shop where any U3A announcements are made to the group.

Please note that walks might have to be changed at short notice because of adverse weather conditions or for other reasons.
